One of the amps we have in our archive is a 1944 Epiphone Electar. It made it’s way out of hiding today so I grabbed this quick snapshot. Is that not about the coolest looking amp you’ve ever seen? A lot of the modern day amps we have are modeled in the spirit of these old beauties. Take for example the much heralded Valve Junior. Not familiar with that one?

Exciting stuff man! Today we got the new life-size Slash standups in that will be a part of the in-store displays for the Slash Goldtops. These things are cool… and most of us who work here are trying to figure out a way to get one for ourselves. Not gonna happen… Ha!
